This course equips students with in-depth knowledge on absorption, elasticity and anelastise, attenuation mechanisms and the type, time and frequency media attenuation analysis, P, S and Coda wave attenuation,Q exchange, the attenuation studies in applied geophysics (seismic), and seismology .
