The course aims to introduce the basic principles and concepts of technology management, to explain the dynamic structure of the innovation process and how innovation can be managed within an enterprise, and to teach the managerial and environmental factors that affect the effectiveness of the innovation process. In this direction, introduction of basic concepts and principles related to technology, definition and content of innovation, technology prediction, analysis and evaluation of static and dynamic innovation models, preparation of technology strategy.
