1) Know the dangerous goods in general and to have information.
2) Recognize the classes of dangerous goods and define their labels.
3) Carry out operations and organizations of dangerous goods in ports.
4) Have knowledge about international and national legal regulations regarding dangerous goods.
5) Have knowledge of the packaging, sorting and storage of dangerous goods.
6) Take precautions against spreading and fire accidents due to dangerous goods.
7) Be aware of the risks in dangerous goods transportation and taking responsibilities in operations.
