Course Contents

Supply chain, logistics and transportation system (freight and freight sources, nodes and links, means of transportation, transport containers, regulations, authorized companies and human resources), logistics activities (transportation, warehousing, handling, packing, value added services, inspection and survey, stock control and management; customs and insurance) and logistics management; green and reverse logistics; logistics information systems; customer service and logistics relationship.
