The course includes basic elements of management, the concept and types of organization, maritime businesses and ship organization, maritime organizations, personality and personality types, perception, attribution and learning, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and motivation, group formation, group working techniques and teamwork, leadership. and approaches, conflict and negotiation, organizational environment and technology, organizational culture and communication, organizational change and organizational development, stress and management, social responsibility and ethics.
