Quality definition, the concept and its historical development, total quality concept, quality gurus, and thoughts, Quality Management Systems, Quality Tools (7 basic tools, the new 7 Quality Tools) Total Quality and System Approache, Principles of Total Quality Management, Quality Costs, Quality Control Circles, Quality Assurance System, Kaizen: Continuous Improvement, Quality Management Assessment Approaches (Deming, Baldrige and EFQM evaluation systems)
