Introduction to Process Management, Management by Processes, Classification of Processes, Process Hierarchy, Process Definition, Process Flow Diagrams, Process Map, Process Performance Metrics, Measuring Process Performance, Process Improvement Analysis, Process Improvement Methods, Process Maturity, Risk Analysis and Management.
