Course Contents
This course provides profound knowledge on the fundamentals of psychology and social psychology, basic concepts and currents in psychology, the concept of social psychology, terminology, the psychological factors that affect the working environment and the structure of organization, the factors that determine the ability to work together, the factors that determine successful teamwork, discussion of the concepts of leadership, coaching, team work and safety culture.
