This course provides in-depth knowledge on the concepts of disaster and emergency and the causes of disasters and emergencies, the phases of disaster management; concepts of emergency and risk management, procedures for before, during and after the emergency, evaluation and analysis of risks; environmental risks, mitigation measures; determination and Follow-up of the mitigation programs, determination the emergency management system; policies and teams, preparing the emergency plans, saving life and property and communication in emergency, cooperation with local, national and internatıonal agencies, busines continuity and recovery, sectoral plans and exercises, searching the regulations existed; legislations, jurisdictions, budget and resources.
