Plants use of mutation breeding, mutagenic radiation, radiation sources and types of ionizing radiation in the absorption and effects on DNA to be irradiated plant material types and treatment conditions, the preparation of seed samples, irradiation, to be grown in climate chambers, chemical mutagens, kimysall the type of material to be treated and treatment conditions, mutation types, genome chromosome (structural and gene) and non-core mutations, techniques promoting mutations in seed plants, M1 to M3 selection, mutation breeding methods, techniques, promoting mutations in vegetative reproducing plants, selection, mutation breeding methods, mutation breeding will be developed by plant characteristics: morphology, adaptation, yield and quality, disease and pest resistance, low and high temperatures, drought and salinity tolerance, the use of mutation breeding in promoting mutations in somatic cell hybridization
