Course Contents

General principles of trademark law. This course will cover the following issues: What is a Trademark? How is the Trademark registered? What kind of sign can be registered as a trademark, registration principle, registration obstacles, What is the limit and scope of the trademark protection in the Decree Law pertaining to the trademark protection, The applicability of the civil and criminal cases in case of infringment of trademark rights.
