Concept of minority shareholders of public limited companies and their rights and responsibilities: i.e; the rights and responsibilities of minority shareholders; their right to reject acquaintance of directors for responsibility arising from the constitution of the company; their right to demand a legal actions against directors and auditors of the company; their right to demand postponement of negotiations of annual financial statements; their rights to demand outside auditors and their right to refer directors to auditors; their right to call for general meeting of shareholders and their right to add particular subjects to general meeting agenda.
