owner's rights, the classification of rights, separation of financial and personal rights, the right types, scopes and patterns of use of the provisions of the legislation, the Supreme Court doctrine and practice, the only debt policy, and sanctions the execution of the loan principal, the concept of collateral obligations, the purpose and scope.
