Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Explain the types of enforcement proceedings.
2) Make enforcement proceedings, follow-up is requested, the payment order is contested and removes the objection.
3) Enforce foreclosure and demand of sale of confiscated goods, recognize the institution of sequestration.
4) Compare and contrast differences between the enforcement issue and enforcement follow-up proceedings, explain and compare the types of bankruptcy proceeding.
5) Describe the process of liquidation bankruptcy, explain the procedures of bringing an enforcement ilaw suit and bankruptcy decision.
6) The decisions of the Supreme Court of Appeals concerning the bankruptcy law are learned.

Course Contents

Bankruptcy law, the bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy bodies, the legal consequences of bankruptcy, follow-up procedures, bankruptcy liquidation and closure of bankruptcy, an arrangement with creditors due to the postponement and cancellation of bankruptcy proceedings will be covered in this course.
