1) To learn about the structure of general assembly which is one of the compulsory organs of the joint stock company, to examine the meetings and decision making processes and to have information about the validity of the decisions taken and the legal ways that shareholders can apply to these decisions.

Course Contents
During the course of the course, the structure of the general assembly from the mandatory organs of the joint stock companies will be examined, the existing regulations regarding the general assembly meetings and decisions will be examined and the cases of invalidity of the decisions taken will be discussed.
