1) In joint stock companies, determining the mandatory content of the articles of association according to the Turkish Commercial Code evaluates whether or not the matters other than the mandatory content can be included in the articles of association.
2) Understands the importance and legal effect of joint stock company articles of association for the company, shareholders and third parties.
