Course Contents

This is an interdisciplinary course focusing on the important and current affairs affecting medical law, basic principles and sources of medical law, patient's and healthcare personnel’s rights, medical deonthology, scope and subject of medical law, regulation of medical law practise, legal character of Patient-Doctor relationship medical intervention, medical errors (mal practise), liability of healthcare personnel.
