Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) The concept of limited in-kind rights, concept of easement and types of easement, personal easements (usufruct, right of habitation, surface right, spring, other easement rights)
2) problems regarding the protection of the owner against the utilization and management authority of the usufruct holder
3) conflicts between the owner of the immovable property and the surface right holder in case of the transfer of the immovable before the deadline
4) debates and issues concerning the content and types of other easement rights
