Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Explain fundamental conceps of classsical, human relations and modern theories of management
2) Identfy theories of and approaches to management and organization.
3) Obtain knowledge on management functions (i.e. planning, organizing, and control) and management processes (i.e., leadership, team work, communication..)
4) Apply the theories to real world business situation and interpret the relationship between them.
