The definition of the concept such as difference, the importance of differences for individuals, the introduction of deep and superficial differences, the dark side of personality and personality, differences in intelligence, interests and abilities, self-esteem, self-efficacy, self-discipline, self-control, self-confidence and self-control, awareness, explaining individual differences such as locus of control, success orientation, perfectionism, effective management of individual differences in organizations
