This course equips candidates wit in-depth knowledge on research and analysis of hisatorical background of Eastern European countries, transformation from socialism to capitalism, integration to European Union and NATO, political and social democratization process, religion, ethnicity, minorities, nationalism, gender politics and culture in Eastern European countries.
