Course Contents

The locatıon of consumer law ın the law, objectıves of the new tkhk no 6502, the applıcatıon fıeld of the new tkhk no 6502, the definition of the consumer transaction (contract), the elements of the consumer transaction, the basıc basıs of the consumer law installment sale contracts, consumer loans, based credit agreement, residential funding contract, prepaid housing sales contracts, out of office established conventions are (door sales), distance contracts, timeshare and long vacation service contracts, package tour agreement, subscriber agreements, prıce label, ıntroductıon guıde, warranty certıfıcate, commercıal advertısıng, unaffıcıent commercıal applıcatıons, consumer judıcıary commıttee, establıshment and area of duty, consumer courts.

1) The purpose of the Consumer Law, its application area. Definition and elements of the consumer contract.
2) General principles and basic principles of consumer law. Definition of unfair condition, determination, evaluation, examples.
3) Definition of defective goods, examples. Responsibility for the defective goods.
4) Elective rights of consumer in defective goods.
5) Defective service. Definitions and examples. Responsibility for defective service. Elective rights of the consumer in defective service.
6) Consumer loans. Definition. Elements. The right to withdraw. Interest rate.
7) Housing finance contracts. Figure. Definition. Elements. Preliminary information. Mandatory content of the contract.
8) Prepaid housing sales contracts. Definition. Preliminary information.
9) Midterm exam
10) Contracts established outside the workplace. Definitions. Disclosure obligation. Figure. Mandatory content. The right to withdraw.
11) Distance contracts. Definition. Disclosure obligation. The right to withdraw. Distance contracts for financial services.
