This course equips candidates with in-depth knowledge on commercial enterprise, commercial procedure, commercial rule, commercial judiciary, trader, trade name, enterprise name, brand, unfair competition, account books, trade register, trader assistants, classification of the companies, companies agreement, the common features of trade partnerships, merger, division and changing the type of companies, elements and characteristics of commercial papers, pleas in commercial papers, commercial bills.
