Course Contents

This course covers basic concepts related to business finance and process of product economy and financial economy as business cycle, concept of finance, time value of money, types of finance: systematization of finance,principles of financial decision, liquidity and financial equilibrium: liquidity, financial equilibrium, measures of liquidity, equity finance: term of equity, stockholders' equity accounts in balance sheet, functions, equity finance in different forms of business organizations, stocks, types of stocks, rights of stockholders, stock prices, internal finance: reserves, reserve for depreciations, hidden reserves, reserve for contingencies, debt finance: concept of debt, properties of debt, systematization of debt, short-term loans and credits, factoring, bonds, leasing.
