1) Develop competency and an understanding of basic and current knowledge in the field of Strategic Management and put this knowledge into practice.
2) Have extensive knowledge about the fundamental phases and features of strategic management process.
3) Make external environment and internal environment analyses.
4) Formulate the strategy based on the results of internal and external analyses.

Course Contents
This course equips candidates with in-depth knowledge on the basic concepts of management and strategic management, business analyses, enviromental analyseis, types of strategic alternatives, choice of strategies, implementation of the chosen strategies, strategic control, the relationships between strategy and organizational structure.
