Course Contents

This course provides knowledge on the Middle East after the Paris Peace Conference in 1919, Orientalism and the Middle East, political developments after 1945, Arab-Israeli Wars, religious and political turmoil, the New World Order and the Middle East, the Gulf Wars, the September 11 and its impact on the Middle East, American occupation of Iraq.
