Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Explaining the terms regarding the field of study.
2) Developing interpersonal skills required to construct a proper and effective relation with the people in thier personal and social life as well as their working life.
3) Explaining the basic public relations concepts, strategies and tactics to about a project to designed in public relations.
4) Obtaining the data required in the preparation of plans for public relations, research methods and techniques.
5) Using basic office programs and vocational programs
6) Collecting data with the SPSS statistical program of research on the subject of analysis of variance, t-test, using statistical techniques such as chi-square and correlation tests the research hypotheses.
