1) Identifying the concept and context of gender as well as gendered social structures.
2) Conceptualizes gender-based inequalities and feminist theory.
3) Evaluating modernization movement in Turkey and being woman in Turkey from gender perspective.
4) Developing awareness for women’s human rights.
5) Exploring manifestations of gender inequality within the household, the market as well as in public policy domains.
6) Developing different policy approaches for maintaining gender equality.
