Course Contents

Describes the theoretical and practical phases of the strategic management process. This process is examined in the main section 3; Analysis Stage, Stage of Development Strategy and Implementation Phase. In addition to theoretical issues, case studies from our country and the world also discussed during the lesson, in writing or presented orally.
