Turkey and the European Court of Human Rights
This course’s content develop students’ understanding of key areas of the international law and institutions of human rights. The course provides a broad overview of the principles, problems and prospects for international human rights law and the basis for the further study of the jurisprudence of international human rights law. The units of the course are studied within three modules addressing: the context of rights, advancing rights and implementing rights.
