Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Explains the basic concepts and theories of religious experience and its meaning and value in religion.
2) Explains the problem of evil and its possible solutions and discussions about them.
3) Explain whether human beings are free and the consequences of this discussion concerning science, morality and social life.
4) Students will be able to compare the evidence put forward about what a miracle is and its possibility.
5) Can compare the views of the nature of death, the possibilities and characteristics of life after death and the analysis of different concepts of immortality.

Dersin İçeriği İngilizce Philosophies that emerged in the 21st century, and in this context Analytical Philosophy and the ways in which religion is handled in Continental Philosophy, the relationship between religion and science, the problem of evil and systematic analysis of other issues.
