Organizational behavior issues that are exhibited during the delivery of maritime services; Organizational behavior theory, such as leadership, change management, teamwork, diversity management, subjective well-being, power poisoning, cynicism, altruism, benevolence, critical thinking, analysis of personal differences, motivation, effective communication, is addressed through maritime practice.
