1) Students who take this module will gain general knowledge on maritime law
2) Students who take this module will have sufficient knowledge on international sales of goods (particularly FOB, CIF contracts).
3) Students who take this module will have sufficent knowledge on contracts of carriage of goods by sea
4) Students who take this module will obtain knowledge on the parties of contracts of carriage of goods by sea, their rights, obligations and responsibilities
5) Students who take this module will have advanced research knowledge and skills
6) Students who take this module will obtain skills to produce arguments from legal perspective
