1) Explain the importance and difference of labour among all production factors, evaluate in terms of labour relations and human resources management.
2) Explain conceptual relationship and difference between personnel management and human resources management, evaluate human resources management approach and practices in context of industrial relations.
3) Apply job analyses by planning the process through developing job analysis form and be aware of humanforce planning process and practice tools.
4) Know about labour force finding methods, explain the effectiveness of methods comparatively, form effective message in managing external resources and evaluate the effectiveness of the message in job anouncements.
5) Explain critical phenomenon, interview techniques and methods in installing effective interview process, describe capability concept and evaluate behavioral interview process with positive and negative sides.
6) Describe performance management concept, explain the role and importance of performance appraisal function in terms of human resources management, analyse performance appraisal methods comparatively, install performance appraisal method based on goals and capabilities.
7) Discuss performance management process in terms of job security.
8) Define job appraisal concept, explain the role and importance of job appraisal function in terms of huan resources management, install factor-score method.
9) Define and explain wage management, knows about the reductions issue and calculate them properly.
10) Explain the importance of career planning and development function and know about career management.
11) Explain education planning and management function and install education requirement analyses.

Human resources management functions will be discussed as appropriate to the theoretical knowledge and conceptual frame which is defined in Human Resources Management course. In this context, the differences and the supplementary relations of the two concepts, personnel management & human resources management, will be discussed at first and then personnel planning, job analysis, selection functions are to be taken into consideration as internal & external resource management, and lastly, performance management, job evaluation, wage policy and career management will be discussed.
