1) Define the production system and the strategies being used in the field of production management.
2) Desing the production systems and processes that is suitable with the objectives of senior management.
3) Organize the production process according the result of applied strategies and systems.
4) Desing PPC system according to objectives of production organization.
5) Associate designated PPC system with the expected production targets.
