1) Learning subjects about marriage Resolving today’s problems related to family law (marriage)
2) Comparing personal law and family law (marriage) in Islam with positive law principles
3) To make solutions to current problems about family law (divorce) and inheritance law
4) To compare basic principles of family law (divorce) and inheritance law in Islam with principles of positive law
5) To understand the role of the Islamic Criminal Law in order to provide the Islamic community
6) Ability to generate ideas about the provisions and sanctions to be applied to new criminal acts
7) Recognizing arrangements in the area of criminal law from other jurisdictions
8) Recognize Islamic inheritance law and gain the ability to solve problems related to inheritance.
