Course Contents

Weekly Schedule

1) The definition of psychology, trends, techniques used in psychology and sub-areas will be transferred shortly. Sub-field of psychology, sports psychology, which is the definition of basic terminology is given. Development of sport psychology in our country and the world is given a brief history
2) An athlete's psychological preparation for the club since the beginning will be offered as the basis of systematic study. Individual recognition techniques used by whom and where and how awareness is created.
3) Brief mention will be personality development. Freud's personality and personality development stages of the layer is transferred.
