Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) 1-FISH technique, basic knowledge and technique teaches mechanism. 2-Teaches MLPA and application areas. 3-Teaches the use of a-CGH and microarray techniques. 4-Teaches the diagnosis of chromosomal diseases. 5-Advanced molecular cytogenetic methods and results of the interpretation of the correlation between clinical genetics provides learning.

Advanced cytogenetic techniques in comparison with conventional techniques, FISH, FISH technique mechanism of basic information and techniques and the application fields of cancer cytogenetics, FISH applications, MKA / MR FISH applications in patients, abnormalities of chromosome FISH applications preimplantation FISH technique and its applications, MLPA and its applications, diagnosis of chromosomal abnormalities CGH, a-CGH and microarray techniques, FISH algorithm applications
