Course Contents

Throughout the thesis course which lasts for 16 weeks- one semester and to be registered at least for two semesters, candidates are provided with continuous feedback and guidance in the process of thesis writing by an academic advisor allocated by the institute. The course is designed more like tutorial sessions which both the candidate and the advisor agree about the schedule and hold face to face tutorials (meetings) once a week regularly from the determination of the thesis subject until the submission of the thesis study. In these sessions, candidates are ongoingly observed and given feedback in their literature reviews, research methods and techniques to be used, data collection and processing techniques and the use of academic discourse.
