In this lecture, candidates are provided with profound knowledge on analytical techniques in problem solving, presentation skills, team work, group decision making, case analysis and discussion,production planning,plant layout,scheduling and inventory management,quality management,assembly line design,capacity planning, statistical quality control, ergonomics, human resource management and financial management.
