Course Contents

Seismic travel times and tomography, real time tomography for earthquake locations and velocity structures, Re-location of the local and global earthquakes, Inversion, 1D seismic tomography, 3D seismic tomography, uncertainty analysis, Resolution analysis and methods, Interpretation of velocity structure, Vp, Vs and Poisson models obtained by Local and Global tomography, Comparison of tomographic results with other geophysical applications.

12) Application of local earthquake tomografi: data selection
13) Application of local seismic tomography: Fine tuning parameters and iteration calculation
14) Application of Local earthquake tomography: Obatining results and evaluation of results
