Course Contents

Hydrological and geological processes controlling groundwater Dynamics and formation in regional and local scales, fundamentals of groundwater hydrology, groundwater flow in saturated and unsaturated porous media, groundwater flow equations, well hydraulics: basic concepts, pump test design, aquifer hydraulics under steady and transient pumping conditions from wells and hydrogeological data analysis methods, interpretation of pump test data, slug tests and data analysis methods, determination of well efficiency and capacity, groundwater modeling :MODFLOW
