Course Contents

In Islamic law, the concept of state, the history of judicial organization, judges and their assistants performing the function of qada, auxiliary organs in the performance of the duty of qada, courts, duties and powers, atrocities, hisbe, shurta, judgment procedure, conflict of laws and jurisdiction of non-Muslims are systematically based on basic sources. to give information.
