Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Have basic and current knowledge and comprehension about the field of organization theory and also have skill to use this knowlegde.
2) Have knowledge about the basic concepts of the theory of organization
3) Develop a holistic point of view about the relationship between organizational theory and social theory
4) Have an informational background for PhD thesis about the theory of the organization
5) With a holistic view on the theory of organization, evaluate theories with a critical perspective.
