Course Contents

In this course, it will be explained in terms of both theoretical and practical sense of power, authority, conflict management, ethics and justice, and relations with applications. The importance of organizational politics in terms of human resources management and workplace stress will be examined and theoretical and applied researches made in this subject will be analyzed
