Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Identify the levels of change, misconceptions about change, the importance and benefits of change, and identify the role of change leader's behavior and characteristics and the flexibility of change.
2) Identify the stages of a change process and analyze phases that require change, set goals, motivate employees, prevent failures, and track the progress of a change.
3) Gain knowledge about organizational development and restructuring processes and practices.
4) Identify and respond to change-oriented obstacles such as resistance to change and negative reactions.
5) Identify the management strategies that will be required at the point of change.
