Course Contents

The course deals with organizational theories that explain the behavior of organizations. Structural condition dependency, resource dependency, transaction and agency cost, population ecology, institutionalism, and organizational network theories are discussed. The course also covers interpretative, critical and postmodern organizational perspectives with selected readings.
