The aim of organizational behaviour, subject, development, methodology and benefits, The relationship between organizational behaviour and general management, business management, personality theories,development and measurement of personality, Perception, Learning and types of learning, attitudes and attitude change, interpersonal relations and communications, leadership theories and aprroaches, motivation and motivating methods, groups, the formation of groups and group dynamics, conflict and conflict management, power and politics in organizations, coordination of job and person, psychological problems and complaints in organizations.
