Candidates are provided with knowledge on American foreign policy and role of it in the world

Weekly Schedule

1) The role of the American president in foreign policy
2) The team of the President,the role of the vice president,U.S Secretary of State and of the Secretary of Defense in foreign policy
3) The role of the Executive Office of the President, the White House, National Security Council and Central Intelligence Agency in foreign policy
4) The role of public opinion and the media in formation of foreign policy
5) The role of interest groups in formation of foreign policy
6) Lobbying activities and particularly the role of the Armenian, Greek and Cypriot Greek lobbies in formation of American foreign policy
7) The role of the Congress in foreign policy
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Brief discussion about American presidents and thier presidential doctrines
10) Truman Doctrine and Monroe Doctrine
