Course Contents

Under this head, following the examination of limitations to fundamental human rights and freedoms, and the general restrictions on human rights and freedoms; the concept of national security, activities concerning national security, administrative structure in such activities, and powers and functions of the National Security Council will be explored. After delineating a frame for the activities within the national security concept, implementation of it as a ground for limitations of fundamental rights and freedoms will also be analyzed in detail.
